To ensure this quality, we warrant our merchandise to be free of defects in both material and workmanship.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We warrant our merchandise to be free of defects in material and workmanship. It is your responsibility to notify us of visible defects and variance within 14 days of discovering any defect. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time and cushion cores may soften and lose shape. These are normal conditions are not considered manufacturers’ defects and are not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include: Non-Furniture, Clearance Items, Floor Samples. Merchandise found to have a defect in material or workmanship must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Upholstery: We warrant the frame and spring system for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Cushion cores are covered for 3 years; however this excludes compression of the crown, which is typical of use. Recliner, glider, swivel, and sleeper mechanisms, mattresses and air mattresses are covered for 2 years from the date of delivery. Electric motion mechanisms are covered for 2 years, and air pumps are covered for 1 year. Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty.
This warranty applies only to merchandise delivered within the United States, including Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not warrant any merchandise delivered to clients in Canada or internationally.
Our warranty is non-transferrable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners.
For warranty issues, we will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects. Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price. No cash refund is available and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise or receive warranty service.
Visible defects and variance to order details must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 14 days of delivery will be considered “acceptable” and will not be warranted.
Any item delivered with damage must be reported to us upon your receipt of the merchandise. Any damage upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt; damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be determined to be purchaser damage, and not warranted.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN AS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR PURPOSES ARE MADE, AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN THIS WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COCOCO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES BASED ON NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE GUEST ALONE AND NO OTHERS, IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-ASSIGNABLE, AND MAY NOT BE ENLARGED IN ITS SCOPE BY ANY REPRESENTATIVE, SALESPERSON, AGENT OR OTHER EMPLOYEE OF COCOCO. THIS PROVISION IS A MATERIAL TERM OF THIS WARRANTY AND ITS VIOLATION OR BREACH BY GUEST OR ANY OF GUEST’S AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES, SHALL VOID AND CANCEL THIS WARRANTY FOR ALL PURPOSES. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR COMMERCIAL USE (SUCH AS USE IN HOTELS, RESTAURANTS OR ANY OTHER PLACE WHERE THE PUBLIC MAY USE A PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF A PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL SETTING), AND WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER DISCLAIMER HEREIN, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM SUCH COMMERCIAL USE. PURCHASING ITEMS ONLINE IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS WARRANTY BY THE GUEST.
If your furniture was ordered in a standard size and in a standard fabric or leather and trim, we will accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price provided that you notify us, in writing, within 5 days of the delivery of the furniture, of your intent to return the furniture. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The furniture must be returned in pristine condition and you will be responsible for any damage or wear to the furniture while it was in your possession. Refunds will be processed immediately upon our receipt of the returned furniture. The delivery charges are paid directly to the delivery company and we will not refund the shipping charges on refused orders.
The above, notwithstanding, unless agreed to at the time of the order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for Custom Leather or Fabric or COM items. “Custom Leather or Fabric or COM” is defined as any leather or fabric which is 1) provided by the customer or 2) is a leather or fabric not shown as an option on this website at the time of order.
Custom, made to order furniture can be cancelled, returned or modified one time within 10 days from the date of sale to avoid cancellation/modification fees. Once materials have been ordered, your order is subject to a cancellation fee of 10%. A restocking fee of 20% may apply once materials have been received and/or cut. In consideration of current shortages and supply chains issues, if an order is materially delayed beyond our quoted lead time, we will notify the customer and the order may be cancelled without penalty.
We will not accept returns for orders for sectionals where the cushion sizes are not consistent across all pieces of the sectional. For example, a sectional having 24″ cushions on one side the corner and 30″ cushions on the other will be deemed a custom configuration and is not eligible for a return or refund. All sales of “Sale and Clearance” items are final and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing.

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of our furniture and warrant that if, when delivered, it is defective in construction or workmanship, in any way, that we will repair or replace the defective piece at our expense. Additionally, we warrant the frame and springs for as long as you are in possession of the furniture. When the furniture is delivered it is your obligation to inspect the furniture for any material defects that could reasonably be discovered by a visual inspection. If there are material defects of such consequence that they might cause you to return the furniture, you should refuse the delivery and we will have it brought back to our location for expedited repair or replacement at our expense. If there are minor issues, such as missing nail head trim for example, or a damaged foot, we can often arrange to have a local upholstery shop make the repair.
If there is any damage noted at the time of delivery it is likely to have occurred in transportation and it is your obligation to bring the damage to the attention of the driver as the delivery company will take responsibility for coordinating the repair. Minor repairs may be done in your home while major issues may require that the damaged piece be brought back to us for repair. Damage to cushion covers should not be a cause for refusal of the entire order as those can be repaired or replaced by sending them through courier services.
