If you are in the market for a sofa in Atlanta, Georgia you have a choice of many modern furniture stores as well as traditional home stores. Whether you are looking for contemporary or traditional fine furniture you should consider our new gallery near the new Buckhead, Atlanta shopping district.
Since I am not familiar with all of the fine furniture stores in Atlanta, I will limit my evaluation to the two we know something about: Restoration Hardware’s mega store in Buckhead and COCOCO Home’s Atlanta showroom right around the corner.
COCOCO Offers the Broadest Selection of Leather Options for Furniture
The Restoration Hardware store is something like 75,000 square feet, while ours is a compact 2500 square feet, yet we are able to provide more custom furniture options than probably any other Atlanta furniture store, including Restoration Hardware.
RH has made a name selling modern takes on traditional furniture designs. They offer a number of styles and a decent selection of leather, but no one offers as broad a selection of choices for leather furniture in Atlanta as The Comfortable Couch Company.
While Restoration Hardware does offer leather furniture, you will be limited to a few floor samples and small swatches of a limited selection of leathers. In our Atlanta furniture store you will be able to see more than a hundred large format samples of fine leather from Moore & Giles and others. We also have dozens of full cowhides hanging on the walls to help you get a fuller appreciation and understanding of the quality hides we use in making or leather sofas, sectionals, chairs, and recliners.
The Key is SelectionÂ
Similarly, we are determined to be the best furniture store in Atlanta for fabric sofas and chairs as well as fabric sectionals. The key is selection.
For example, Restoration Hardware sells a nice Belgian Linen but we have a nicer Irish linen from Moygashel that will make your contemporary furniture comfortable as well as beautiful. We have brilliant Bella Dura patterns and solids bringing a great green story and an ultra cleanable and durable story together. We have added velvets woven in the Carolinas to our selection for a truly “Made-in-America” philosophy. There are so many possibilities you will think you are in an interior design store rather than a furniture showroom.
When we first started out we had customers who liked RH styles but wanted the highest quality and comfort. They asked us to make some of the RH styles. Our Lexington Leather Sofa, which is similar to the Restoration Hardware Lancaster sofa is just one example. Our Classic Chesterfield is similar to the Restoration Hardware Kensington, but we are sure ours will beat the competition in both quality and comfort. Now we have become the standard to imitate. We have great examples of dozens of styles that will scream “luxury at an affordable price” in our Buckhead showroom. We think you will agree, COCOCO is the best furniture store in Atlanta, GA.
